Flexible Conveyor

• The flexible conveyor is used for moving loads from one point to another on PVC rollers. This conveyor can work fluently in between obstacles without obstructing the flow of the production line.
• The flexible conveyors are used to move a light to the medium weight that doesn’t require a power supply and are a more economical choice for industries. These conveyors are easy to move as they are a temporary alternative for skate wheel conveyors that are a bit heavy-duty.

• Working Principle

• The flexible conveyor is built on a conveyor beam which is designed either in aluminum or stainless steel, with low-friction slide rails, and generally works on gravity. The flexible conveyor can be aligned either parallel to the ground or at an inclined angle with the ground and loads being pushed from the upper end and collected at the lower end.
• The loads are either pushed manually or are moved by gravity, hence requiring less manpower.
