Working process: -

Preparation of the machine- You need to plug it in and set the required temperature.

Inserting the pouch- Once the machine is ready, you insert the open end of the plastic bag or pouch into the sealing area.

Sealing Process-

• For an impulse sealer, you press down the arm or bar. This sends a pulse of electricity to the heating element, melting the plastic together to create a seal.

Cooling and Release: After a few seconds, you release the bar. The sealed material needs a moment to cool and solidify, creating a strong seal.

Completion: Remove the sealed bag from the machine.
